Stamp Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 May 2026

By using Stamp — the mobile app, dashboard, or thestamp.org — you agree to these terms. Stamp is operated by AroraLabs from Australia and governed by Australian law. There are two user types (customers + café owners) and the rules differ for each. Read the part that applies to you.

1. Scope

“Stamp,” “we,” or “us” means AroraLabs and its loyalty platform delivered via thestamp.org, the Stamp iOS app, the Stamp Android app, and the cafe-side dashboard served at thestamp.org/dashboard.

“You” means whoever is using Stamp — as a Customer (collecting stamps) or as a Café Owner (running a program). Some sections apply to both, others to one only — each section is labelled.

2. Eligibility and accounts both

3. Customer terms customers

4. Café owner terms café owners

5. Service availability both

Stamp is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Stamp depends on Google Firebase, Apple/Google push services, and your device’s connectivity — outages in any of those can affect Stamp.

We may update or change Stamp at any time. Substantial changes (price, feature removal, data-handling changes) will be flagged in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

6. Intellectual property

The Stamp name, logo, marketing site, and apps are owned by AroraLabs. The café’s name, logo, and reward copy belong to the café — by listing them in Stamp the café grants us a licence to display them inside the apps.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AroraLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Stamp. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination

You can stop using Stamp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms — for customers, that’s typically fraudulent stamp requests; for café owners, that’s misusing customer data or running illegal promotions. We’ll give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy where possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in NSW courts unless another forum is required by the Australian Consumer Law.
